It seems many folks we know have either recently become parents, are expecting a baby or, like us, have a young child (or more!) and are going through the wonderful experience of sharing their lives with kids.

Yes, it’s hard.

Yes, it’s scary at times.

But when you have a little moment like this, it is beyond worth it.  When your kid looks at you and grins…it’s just beyond my ability to explain how cool it is.

Heck, it can even make moments like this a little less painful.  Trust me, hearing your kid roaring with laughter makes taking a few bonks of the head an entirely reasonable proposition.  Congratulations to all parents and parents to be.  Try to remember to enjoy the ride.
