Away we … stay?

So … perhaps not without irony this is the second time (but apparently first visible) post I’m making on this subject – the first just *poof* never happened? What never happened that happened that I’m posting about again that you never saw before? This site. It’s moved – here. Here as in to a new hosting service, albeit to the ones nay tens of visitors it should and hopefully does appear utterly the same, but it’s not. I was just about to let it die given the lack of new content (my fault) and the rising costs of hosting (Obama’s fault?) that kidding aside are just the way it is. But I found a hosting deal that made financial sense for me and despite some teething pains (and a DDOS attack on the new host which seemingly nuked my first test post) I think we’re in business now. Heck, with an SSL cert added (no more “this completely non-commercial, non-revenue generating, low-traffic site is “insecure” warnings!).

The raison d’être for this page has always been to create a repository of my ramblings, honestly in the off chance that they resonate with someone and that perhaps I leave a tiny dent in the (online) world that will endure for some time and if this new hosting thing truly is “lifetime” then it should stick around for a while right?

So welcome back to the same place, enjoy.
